A history of innovation in authentication and authenticators
SurePassID was founded in 2009 by Mark Poidomani, a pioneer, inventor and recognized industry leader in IT security and authentication technology. His goal was to provide innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions to cyber fraud. He began by inventing the world’s first cloud-based, multi-tenant authentication service. Today we’re proud of our history of innovations, which have allowed us to protect thousands of customers around the world, from startups to Fortune 10 companies.

Mark Poidomani
Founder & CEO/CTO
Mark is a security industry pioneer and inventor with more than 30 years of information technology security and management experience. Holder of multiple patents, his inventions have been licensed to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and First Data. Prior to founding SurePassID, he was CTO of Innovative Card Technologies (InCard), CTO of Privasys (now FiTeq), and spent 8 years leading product development at Computer Associates (CA).
Kevin Raineri
VP Business Development
Kevin has over 30 years of experience in high-tech sales, security technology and customer delivery. Prior to joining SurePassID, he led sales for Innovative Card Technologies (InCard) and All Covered (Konica Minolta), directed professional services at Open-Ended Systems, and ran information services at Adray’s Appliances & Electronics. He is also a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist (CITRMS).
Odin Soli
VP Marketing
Odin is a 25 year veteran of high tech startups and IT security with experience that spans a wide variety of roles. Prior to joining SurePassID, he was managing director at HedgeStar, led digital marketing at IDeaS (acquired by SAS), ran sales operations at FindLaw (acquired by Thomson Reuters), led product management at Aveso (acquired by Gemalto), and founded AgDomain (acquired by Rabobank).
